🔴⚫️🏉 Mini Rugby Returns to Arklow RFC 🏉
What a fantastic way to kick off the new season!
On Saturday, under glorious autumn sunshine, our U8, U10 and U12 teams welcomed Gorey RFC to Arklow for a series of highly competitive and enjoyable matches. Meanwhile, our U7 and U11 players made the short trip to Clonattin Road for their own fixtures.
Across all age groups, the games were played in a tremendous spirit, with every boy and girl demonstrating impressive commitment, enthusiasm and developing rugby skills. It was wonderful to see so much teamwork, determination and enjoyment on display as our young players took to the field for the first games of the season.
A huge thank you to Gorey RFC for their hospitality and sportsmanship. We wish all of their players, coaches and volunteers the very best for the season ahead.
As the season is only getting started, new players are always welcome to join the Arklow Rugby Club Mini Section. No experience is necessary, just come along, make new friends, learn new skills and give rugby a try!
